cluetrain1.gif Today, for most organizations, the material in this book is seven years ahead of its time. However, Not only was the book informative and educational, I found it to be somewhat repetitive. For example, conversations between a company and its market and conversations between a company and its people are principles which were repeated several times through out the book. This book is ideal for those who want to become the next bn.com someday. The cluetrain manifesto is a book for those who want their businesses to get connected.

    What is it about those conversations that is different than the ways that businesses have communicated with their markets since the days of the Industrial Revolution? Are these principles revolutionary? The authors seem to think so. Do you agree? If so why, if not why not?
