Naked Conversations is pretty much about blogs and how they affect companies, how they allow them to join conversations with the outside world, and people who buy their product. According to the authors bloggin is vital, crucial for a company to survive. The first chapter takes Microsoft as an example and how blogging helped establish a tighter realtionship with people.
The book seems to be more direct than Cluetrain Manifesto (and of course the authors had to mention Cluetrain at some point) and also seems easier to read.
